Service Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality shrub trimming and tree care services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• If service has not been performed, a full refund may be issued if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date
• If service has been completed but does not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to address the issue, which may include additional service at no charge or a partial refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment:

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund or rescheduling available
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: A cancellation fee may apply
• Same-day cancellations: Subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service request after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate changes when feasible, though additional charges may apply for expanded services.

If you have concerns about our service, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through communication and, if necessary, additional service work.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Services may be rescheduled without penalty due to severe weather conditions that make work unsafe or impractical. We will contact you to reschedule in such circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is typically due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods as discussed during service booking.
